The 55" Desk with Drawers carries the same discipline as the storage shelves: steel tube, quick assembly, and storage inside the footprint rather than beside it.
It comes in 3 finishes (Vintage, Black, White), each with its own figure from our latest update, from $35.95. In practice: the frame is steel tube, which is where the rigidity comes from; the surface wipes clean.

“First off, I only write a review if it's a great product with remarkable value, or the opposite, Bad product with no value at all. In this case I'm very happy to write that this desk is a remarkable value. I do software coding and spend a considerable time at the desk so wanted a good upgrade.”
“Had the desk for well over a year now. I can say that it is a really great desk and as long as you don't put too many things on it, it will be fine. The reason I say this, well, here is my situation. If you put too much weight on this desk, it will wobble. When you bump the table, or try to move it slightly, everything on it will wobble. I have a triple vesa monitor mount clamped onto the back side of this desk to carry three 27 inch monitors that weight 19 pounds each. When ever I try to adjust 1 monitor to move my PC slightly, the entire desk shakes and wobbles a bit.”
“This desk will be used by a teenage boy. It's sturdy and easy to assemble, even by yourself. There are two reasons I did not give it 5 stars. First, the 'drawers' are canvas baskets, which is fine, but they are bit difficult to slide in and out. The 'rails' came pre-assembled but are not exactly straight/level. The baskets, being canvas are a nice size but being canvas, you wouldn't be able to fill them up as they would be too heavy and likely to sag in the middle because there's no support except on the edges.”
“such an amazing desk for such a good price!! it wasn’t damaged at all and the instructions were super simple and clear!! the drawers are long and have more space than expected and it’s quite a sturdy desk!! and so sleek looking too :) i love it so much and it was perfect for my little set up!!”
“I bought the 55" for my apartment, set it up in only one evening, albeit with significant effort. The instructions are very clear and useful. The desk is quite sturdy and it's as large as you could possibly need. The foldable cloth drawers were a shocking sight at first, but they're actually very functional and spacious. I like that there's no drawers above where your legs are supposed to be because I like to keep my keyboard low relative to my chair's height.”
“Love the desk very sturdy. Wasn't too hard to assemble by myself was straightforward. I'm not sure what happened during shipping or this was factory error but one of the fabric drawers came damaged. Some of the metal parts escaped their packaging and might have been the cause. BUT! I contacted the seller directly and they were quick to help me and sent a replacement drawer, it came in perfect condition :) Great Desk, Great Seller.”
The 55" Desk with Drawers is one of 4 models on the Desks shelf of the HOMIDEC desks range. It pairs naturally with the cube storage shelf, and the room recipes in the journal show the pairing in place.
