Prices
Every price on this site is a figure from our own scheduled update rather than a live quote. The catalogue was last updated on 2026-09-14, and this page is where that date lives: stated once, plainly, instead of stamped under every price until it turns into wallpaper.
We update on a schedule, not on refresh. When an option has no current figure, its row says “Currently unavailable” and shows no number at all. If a figure here disagrees with what you see at checkout, the checkout is right and this page is stale, which is exactly the failure the printed date exists to expose.
Ratings and reviews
Star ratings appear only where we counted them ourselves, with the count printed beside the stars; models we have not counted show no stars. Quoted reviews are verified purchases, printed as written; where a collection pass lost a review's text, the review is left out rather than paraphrased, and the quotes we do print include the complaints.
Claims
Any claim that reaches beyond the maker's own specification carries a named source, opened and read before the citing sentence was written, with the read date printed beside the link. Two external sources back this site today: the AAP's tip-over guidance and the EPA's Energy Star tips. Where guidance is inconvenient for a storage catalogue, such as anchoring duties on tall furniture, we print it anyway.
Photography and video
Every image is the brand's own product photography of models in this catalogue. The three videos on the home page are independent reviewers' own builds, embedded with attribution, loading only on your click. Nothing is licensed stock.
Where the money happens
We are the HOMIDEC storage catalogue, not its checkout. Payment, delivery and returns happen at the buy button's destination, and we earn a commission on qualifying purchases. That is the whole business model, disclosed in the footer of every page and in detail on the disclosure page.
