One address, read by a person, with a realistic idea of what it is for.
Write to us
We read everything. Expect a reply within a few working days rather than the same afternoon.
Worth writing about
- A correction. Anything on the site that is wrong, out of date or unclear. It gets dealt with first.
- A source we should have used. Particularly for the safety material around tall furniture.
- A question the guides do not answer. Those turn into pages.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, delivery and returns. Checkout happens with our retail partner, so a placed order lives in your account there rather than with us.
- A fault or a missing part. Same answer: that conversation belongs where the order was placed.
Who you are writing to
Homidec.net is this brand's own catalogue. It is not a shop: it does not take payment, hold orders or handle returns. How the site is funded is set out on the affiliate disclosure page, and how it is researched on the editorial policy page.
